Psalm 40:2

My view from "The Chair" this morning - Psalm 40:2.  Ever feel like no matter what you do, the earth below you is quicksand and you are slowly sinking?  Sometimes life feels a little crazy like that.  These words are His promise to you and me!   If we look to Him for help, He will set our feet on solid terra firma. THIS is good news.  Friends, this means we will NOT sink, nor will we be prone to be unsteady.  We are solidly on good footing and He is right here next to us with His arm scooped under ours.  If you tend to have these sinking feelings over and over, I would encourage you to write this verse out and carry it with you.  Repeat is often out loud and maybe even personalize it (i.e. Father, YOU have set my feet on solid ground and steady me as I walk.  Thank you!).  It will make a difference!  Until We Chat Again, Crystal - The Plank-Eyed Girl
